We are able to work on all types of catering equipment (hot, cold or ventilation), whether under our warranty or not.

Please note that when contacting us it is best to have the serial number of the device or the invoice number ready. However, please note that certain warranty exclusions apply, including:
- Glass parts such as showcases, display units and glass doors are not covered by the warranty.
- Device malfunctions due to limescale deposits are not covered by the warranty.
- Electrical parts damaged due to abnormal voltage variations or improper use are not covered by the warranty.
- Damage or failure resulting from improper installation of the device, negligence or insufficient maintenance, temporary overloading, inexperience or the use of harmful products or unsuitable, or normal wear and tear, are not covered by the warranty.
