It is important to note that the buyer is responsible for the delivery of the material, which is shipped at the risk and peril of the recipient. We therefore recommend that you check the packages upon delivery in the presence of the carrier to ensure that the number of packages corresponds to the transport document and that the equipment is in good condition.
If you notice any missing or damaged packages, please report it immediately to the carrier, noting the number of missing packages and describing the damage. If you believe the package is unusable, please refuse it. You must then confirm the dispute by registered letter to the carrier and send us a copy within 48 hours.
If these steps are not followed, we cannot be held responsible for any damages and no refund can be made.
Please note that it is important to provide help for the transport of heavy and bulky products during delivery, as the deliverers are not movers. If you wish to collect the products directly from the depot, you can do so at our main branch.
Finally, we would like to point out that delivery times are indicative and may be modified beyond our control, especially for shipments abroad.
